Please take the following points into consideration while planning your participation:
• Have you planned your booth design? • Is the booth team knowledgeable about the products and services that will be displayed? • Have you ordered your booth extras? (SM 01) • Have you ordered badges for all your booth personnel? (SM 05) • Instead of shipping several small boxes, consolidate them all in one large box or shrink-warp them all on one pallet. Have you checked the freight instruction with the show freight forwarder? • Do all your booth personnel have enough business cards? • Has a checklist of exhibits been prepared to check off items as they are packed? • Have you sent the exhibition catalogue entry of your company and your stand sharing companies? (SM 02) • Have you printed enough company’s brochures for distribution during SYRMOTORSHOW 2011? • Have you ordered your Give-A-Ways and advertising materials? • Have you sent pre-introductions of your company to your potential clients? • Have you scheduled your meeting with the potential customers in Syria during the show? • Have you prepared the mailing list for sending SYRMOTORSHOW 2011 invitation Cards? • By advertising in the exhibition catalogue you will highlight your presence in SYRMOTORSHOW 2011 adding more importance & value to your participation (SM 04) • Do you need any arrangement for an accompanied spouse? • Do you need any stand hostesses? • Do you need a translator or photographer? • Have you made your hotel reservation? • Have you made your flight reservation? • Do you have a valid passport? • Have you obtained your visa and booked Airport Pick-up Service? (SM 08) • Have you thought of exploring the ancient Syrian monuments?
